Why can't Amazon package this properly for shipment?

There's nothing wrong with the picks; they're fine. Like so many others, though, I did not receive 12 picks. Hey, Amazon, why is this so hard for you? I've bought hundreds of things over the years and have never had a problem with the condition of the product on arrival. I just bought a guitar, for pete's sake, and it arrived in perfect condition. Do not buy this product if you intend to receive what they're claiming to sell. I received 2 of the 12 pics I paid for. TWO.
They're crooks--buy picks from a different seller. These guys should be put in jail.
